What is EILEEN FISHER Renew?
EILEEN FISHER Renew is our take-back and resale program. We collect worn EILEEN FISHER pieces, clean them using a water-saving process, and find them a new home to keep textiles out of landfills.
What is the condition of the clothing sold on Renew?
Every piece is thoroughly inspected. We only sell items that are in excellent 'like-new' condition or have been professionally mended to meet our high quality standards.
How do I return a Renew purchase?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in the same condition as received with all Renew tags attached. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Can I trade in my old EILEEN FISHER clothes for credit?
Yes! You can bring your pre-loved EILEEN FISHER pieces to any of our retail stores to receive $5 in Renew Rewards for each item, regardless of its condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, EILEEN FISHER Renew only ships to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our circular mission to more regions in the future.
